It would be much better to just do a separate 5-card open-air mining rig and a gaming PC and it will save you much hassle with driver configuration and overclocking, it's really hard to find Ryzen motherboards for that many GPUs and a PCIe 1x riser will greatly bottleneck your 1070 in gaming.
