WebOBS isnt even displaying anything aswell. I turned off HDCP, tried different HDMI cables, uninstalled and reinstalled drivers and move the elgato to different PCIE slots and the same thing keeps happening. i have two monitors and im trying to use one as a "TV" to play games and stream on but this black screen issue kinda soiled that idea.
