If you want to have a replication within the servers, you would need to mount the volume in each of the server. However, I don't think it's a good idea as too much work for the servers and let the clients feed the servers. Webit should, if you have cluster.self-heal-daemon set to on, if not, then the healing is more opportunistic, triggered when the files are accessed by clients. edit: note that the self-heal-daemon is just a fancy client that runs in the background on your brick nodes and does the accesses that a normal client would do, but pro-actively.
