WebbI've had sims have multiple girlfriends vanilla. The only problem is really if they are in the same space and see romantic interactions. Usually sims become jealous when more than one partner is involved. You can change the setting to allow sims to have open relationships/multiple partners, but usually jealousy gets in the way. But Bienchen released a mod that allows romance interactions specifically between a teen and YA Sim that were already in a significant other relationship when one of them aged up!
