In adults, it is even rarer, affecting fewer than one in every 100,000. When occurring in children, it is also known as systemic-onset juvenile idiopathic arthritis or S-OJIA. 網頁Still’s disease It affects children below 16 years or adults aged 18–35 years. AOSD or Wissler–Fanconi syndrome is a systemic inflammatory disorder of unknown etiology characterized by spiking fever, evanescent skin rash, arthralgia or arthritis, involvement of various organs, and predominantly neutrophilic leukocytosis.
