Web25 Jun 2024 · I didn't like the Deadly Sphere much when using it. While it did more damage per hit than the Optic Staff, it's much less aggressive/accurate and tends to get stuck very easily. Optic Staff isn't bad if you want a flying summon that also has accurate attacks, but Xeno is better overall. Tempest staff is crazy innacurate. That difference isn't huge, but when you tack on your accessories, as you should be doing, simply the summoner's emblem adds 1 damage to Blades, and 5 to the Optic.
