Tobi Podhaler® can be used as a hand-held device which suppresses the chronic lung infections caused by P. aeruginosa in patients aged >6 years. The recommended dose is four capsules twice a day in adults and children older than 6 years of age. WebbFor tobramycin With intravenous use: For intravenous infusion, manufacturer advises dilute with Glucose 5% or Sodium Chloride 0.9%; give over 20–60 minutes.
